The Bergère family have been growing grapes and crafting champagne for 3 generations, mostly for the large Champagne Houses. Increasingly their best grapes have been kept for their own label. André Bergère currently runs the house with his wife Brigitte and their two children Annaëlle and Adrien who are becoming increasingly involved. The family owns vines in the villages of Fèrebrianges, Etoges and Congy. The grapes for their Grand Cru champagnes come from the famous Grand Cru village of Avize where famous names such as Moët & Chandon, Veuve Clicquot and Roederer source their Grand Cru Chardonnay. These champagnes are extremely easy to enjoy and are of the highest quality, especially the Grand Crus.
Salmon pink in color, very bright and fine perlage are an invitation to great pleasure. The bouquet reveals aromas of red fruits and cherries. The palate is soft, harmonious and balanced. This Champagne showcases all the fruitness and flavors of a rosé and if you like the style of easy-drinking rose Champagne, this is for you.
