We're not sure what it is with Tony Bish and Chardonnays with gun references, but Skeetfield can now be considered right alongside the flagship Chardonnay he made so long for Sacred Hill. Skeetfield is named after Brick Gunn, a famous NZ champion skeet shooter, whose son Denis Gunn now dry-farms the old Mendoza vines.
